Noel O Brien owns Toradh Solutions, a Kilkenny based Dairy and Food consultancy company. Through this business he supplies business and 
technical, advice and support to Food companies based in Ireland, UK, EU, the Middle East and South America.
After graduating in Dairy Science from University College Cork, Noel joined what was then known as Avonmore and is now Glanbia. He was appointed to a number of Production, Operations and Change management positions based at the Glanbia factories in Ballyragget Co Kilkenny.
During his time in Glanbia, Noel furthered his education by studying for an MBA in Michael Smurfit Business School University College Dublin. He has gained other qualifications in Management of Change and is qualified and experienced in Lean Sigma techniques.
In 2011 Noel decided to leave Glanbia and founded Toradh Solutions.
Based on his qualifications and over 25 years working in the Dairy and Food industry, Noel is uniquely positioned to offer his existing and potential clients expert advice in all aspects of Food business. He is an expert in the specific field of Whey processing technologies.
